Terms & Conditions: Lee’s Driving School

 

By booking a lesson or HVCBA training with Lee’s Driving School, you agree to the following terms:

1. Booking & Payments

• All bookings must be confirmed in advance via phone, email, or our online form.

• Payments for individual lessons or training packages must be settled prior to or at the commencement of the lesson.

2. Cancellation Policy (24 Hours)

Your time is valuable, and so is ours. We require at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling.

• Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a fee of 50% of the lesson price.

• “No-shows” (where the instructor arrives and the student is not present) will be charged the full lesson fee.

3. Learner Requirements

• Valid License: You must have a current NSW Learner License (or equivalent) in your possession for every lesson. No license, no driving.

• Zero Tolerance: For safety reasons, we have a zero-tolerance policy for drugs and alcohol. If an instructor suspects a student is under the influence, the lesson will be terminated immediately and charged in full.

4. Vehicle Use

• Students are welcome to use our dual-control training vehicles.

• If using your own vehicle for a lesson, it must be roadworthy, registered, and insured. Our instructors reserve the right to refuse a lesson if a private vehicle is deemed unsafe.

5. HVCBA & Heavy Vehicle Training

• Specific eligibility requirements apply for LR, MR, HR, and HC licenses. It is the student’s responsibility to ensure they meet the RMS prerequisite periods before booking a Final Competency Assessment.
